FOOD RELATIONSHIP AND EATING DISORDERS
We can start with what feels difficult today, without judgement and at your pace.
Eating something different from what you planned makes you feel you have failed or need to make up for it.
You feel unable to change certain timings, amounts or foods, even when they limit your daily life.
Some foods make you anxious, and it is hard to include or enjoy them comfortably.
You spend a lot of time thinking about what you ate, what you will eat next or how it might affect your body.
Celebrations, travel and spontaneous plans make you uneasy, and you end up avoiding situations you used to enjoy.
Resting makes you uncomfortable, or you feel you must train to justify what you have eaten.
SUPPORT THAT TAKES YOU INTO ACCOUNT
If eating brings guilt, fear or too many rules, I want to help you find more ease and flexibility in daily life.
As a dietitian specialising in eating disorders, I support you through food education and everyday habits. We listen to your difficulties and find tools that make sense for your situation.
We work on meal organisation, food myths and daily obstacles to make caring for yourself feel kinder and more manageable.
